We need to remember that at some point after season 2 there was a writer strike (justified if you ask me) and that is why the whole writing went down the drain. But never did I expect it to go as bad as in Heroes Reborn

I love that the moment at 3:47 with Claire running up the steps was hinted at earlier in the series, with Isaac painting the scene but Peter doesn't show up, hinting early on that the future is not set in stone.

There are many futures, and some powers were more discerning of unchangeable moments than others. But even they can be coaxed into alternate interpretations. Generally seers only saw those moments, the moments you can only pave the way for if you attempt to change them. But just because something will happen doesn't mean it happened exactly how it seems like it did.

Heroes Season One is one of THE best seasons of any scripted tv series in the world. Yes, it fell short the next few seasons but there are some pros that came out of them. Especially, i loved when Ando got powers. Even though he’s a side character, i love that his powers were to basically upgrade everyones abilities and shoot light beams like Ryu

Season 2 is when there was tension in between production (mostly the writers), so that's why the story pretty much is all over the place after the 1st season.

Because they think Sylar was the exploding man. If Hiro knew it was Peter he wouldn't have warned him and the whole plot wouldn't happen. But at the end of the season 1 they see it's Peter so it doesn't ruin 'Save the cheerleader save the world' plot and it doesn't really matter for that

My only complaint is the fight/conflict between peter and sylar didn't live up 2 the hype, it could have been better, they had multiple powers, buildings should have been destroyed whenever they clashed, in the future their fight seemed epic but we didn't see it which sucked

@Ryan Stewart 1st off moron i say buildings destroyed not collapsed there is a difference, learn how 2 read, and i was thinking more on the lines of a tv version of Chronicle movie fight or at least have the courtyard destroyed, is that 2 much 2 ask 2ndly Idiot it came out in 2006 not in the 1960s, effects wasn't that bad and even if it was it should've mattered, there were shows that came out before heroes that r still great despite the outdated effects, buffy 1997 smallville 2001 charmed 1998 star trek 1966 And lastly DUMBASS have u even watched the 1st season, creaters obviously were building up Peter and Sylar fight and for them 2 have a underwhelming borderline semi regular fist fight was very disappointing, its reasonably understandable 2 expected more from 2 of the most powerful people in the show, if they couldn't deliver then they should have gone a different route

what i love most about this scene is at 3:02 is probably the exact moment Peter goes from "Power Sponge" to "*Immortal* Power Sponge". Like- petes abilities just sensed those good good genes and slurped em right up and peter has NO IDEA that a new piece of brain matter just formed inside his skull or that his blood just became the holy grail of medicines. Meanwhile Sylar has to actually _work_ for his powers.

The first time I watched this show I thought the all Heroes (Hiro, Ando, Nathan, Matt, DL Hawkings, Nikki, Micah, Isaac and obviously Peter) were going to fight Sylar and they didn't 😤 Peter was the only one who saved Claire, But I even liked it because Peter was so badass and brave facing Sylar even when Sylar is more powerful than him Also, I like when the other cheerleader (the dead one) and Sylar saw that Claire is the Hero, was so mythical 😍

The hero and the villain are such interesting mirrors of each other. One can gain powers from others through insight, the other through empathy. It would be a fascinating ending if the hero defeats the villain by letting him take his power, giving the villain empathy thereby neutralizing him.
