Objectively speaking HDB processing speed of the 1st mentioned BTO project is definitely not fast or sufficiently so much so it lasped into the 2nd mentioned BTO which is months later hence creating this issue in the first place.

Who are those 'many' frustrated disappointed humans? Sylvia must have names that's at least 20% of the applicants. Could then help to address meaningfully. Else, stop spoiling those youngsters let them learn to follow rules. Not happy, go rent or stay w parents. Parties shoukd go help tell those 40% not to apply, if not serious. The rules should tighten up, so to know if there are real needs on building so many flats to empty. 40% rejects are too high.

Sylvia Lim fighting the cause of superminority of very privilege people who no matter what had the chance to choose their BTO flat. Like that, there are millions of unhappy people she can fight for.
