This is coming from nothing but love as someone who has lost 50lbs and brought myself out of obesity. Being obese raises your chances of multiple different preventable deaths (heart disease, diabetes, and more) exponentially. I have noticed such a different quality of life for myself since losing weight and although I still have more to lose it is much easier to live my life at the weight I am now. And with exercise when I hit around 20 mins I start to feel amazing every time even if I did not feel like working out (I used to absolutely hate it but never made it far enough into a workout to actually feel the endorphins). I was severly obesxe and pretty much in denial 110kg 165cm tall. Then I ended up in hospital with an heart attack at 33 years old. After that it took me months to recover and wasn't able to do much because I was diagnosed with extra stuff that I wasnt aware of...I was too busy defending myself saying it doesnt mean you are fat you are not healthy, I am healthy because...he he inside my body was breaking down. It is normal camon imagine carrying all day long a 60kgs bag with no breaks...if you geet winded in minutes lifting up imagine years, decades. Still I was in denial even after the heart attack, I was too scared to exercise and go on a diet...6 months after the heart attack I gained another 15 kg bringing me to 125kgs. Got rushed to hospital again with a second suspected heart attack, spent 2 weeks in hospital in bed and several weeks at home in bed. Couldn't even wipe my butt that I used to get out of breath. anyway, eventually this mentality will catch up to you. Stop watching fat influencers online, they keep you stuck where you are. Watch videos of people who released the weight and their testimonials. Obese people are not happy, please stop be in denial just to get validation so that you wont make that change. TO LOVE YOURSELF MEANS TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF REQUIRES DISCIPLINE. It is a hard work not just physical but mental, but I guarantee you when your body is going to get light your mind will also get light, those dark days, those thoughts, those tears that you shed looking in the mirror...it will be easier. THe sleep apnea, the backache, the knne pain, the varicose veins, the heart palpitations, the high blood pressure...everything gone...it doesnt matter how you got to that stage yes trauma has a lot to do with it, but it is time to let go and move on. I never write on videos like this, but what triggered me is the "I dont care..." a life wasted...if you dont care about your life yourself who will...I am here to tell you that it is possible you canrelease the weight and release that pain but do it for yourself not for others, not for the comments, not for the people, not for validation, not for family, not for love....do it for yourself, for the love you have for yourself. There is no way you want better for you. I wish you well! I wrote this as one that was like you and went through the aftermath and now I leartn to love myself from 125kgs to 60kgs

My friend says hes not fat and maybe thats the problem. HE IS FAT ASF. When hes eating I try to tell him to slow down take smaller bites. He swallows food. Then he uses any excuse in the book besides admitting he has a eating problem. Today I noticed all his cookies were gone his excuse was .. If he doesnt eat them they will expire 😂💀 Then I asked him why does he stuff his mouth when eating he said its not his fault his mouth is BIG 😮😮😮😮 He also said that the burrito was TOO SMALL 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I started to try and copy how he eats but I had to stop I couldnt force food down my mouth. 😲😲😲😲🤣

As a former fat person, I find it ridiculous that lots of media and modern ethics promote a high calorie/heavy lifestyle because it’s literally JUST an addiction. It’s like smoking ads where everyone knows its shitty to smoke but people do it anyways. Eating the foods you eat is never a problem unless you make it one. you can have a little weight on you, but never think obesity is fine enough to ignore it. You Should care about losing weight and listening to your body. because its unhealthy to treat your body poorly, your body does alot of work, don't damage it, care for it, because you show people around you that you don't love yourself enough to take care of whats harming you. Im sure you want to live long and healthy life without worrying about early problems or worse. @@abi7497 maybe you’re right, this is an emotional topic to talk about. Understandable. But she decides to show herself to the world and not everything is sugar coated. There is good and bad and yes she might be an inspiration for others for being “authentic” but her weight will gain her more attention = more money because weight is a topic, everybody has a opinion on it. Thank goodness My life isn’t on the internet and I really don’t care what other people has to say because my life happens offline. Her is online and she has to face the consequences for being „famous“ If it’s hurt you I’m sorry for you, being fat isn’t as joyful as she is provided to you. I hate it, and yes it’s toxic but my life would be better, if the overweight, my humongous belly fat had gone. I’m working on it to get in shape because I would rather kill myself, then living a life with that weight like hers. She will be fine, she’s living her best life so as long as she’s happy.

That’s not what everyone is talking about. It’s about how she knows spreading messages like this especially to people on the internet is terrible. Why would you promote “being a fat girl and not caring about being fat so I’m gonna eat whatever I want” it’s not healthy. And defending shit like that shows how ignorant this generation is. If you want to defend her that’s on you, but defending the message she is putting out there with this video is you being a terrible influencer.

Some 300+ pound people do eat very little! For example I'm not a big eater and have been struggling with an eating disorder for most of my life (general disordered eating, not anorexia bulimia or binge eating) when I'm sad I tend to not eat enough and when I'm happy I celebrate by eating but I'll go years without being very happy and then usually I'll have a few months of extreme happiness (usually in the spring or summer) not everyone eats like the girl in the video does, and being fat doesn't mean over eating.
@dariamoran9454 Жыл бұрын
@@FreyFrey-dw3eh Nope. 300+ pound people who "eat very little" are either in denial about how much they're eating, or do not understand how many calories they are actually consuming. Most people underestimate their caloric intake, which is very easy to do if you're not actually measuring out what you eat. The "serving size" on the nutrition label is often quite a bit smaller than people think it is. And people tend to neglect the calories from things like butter, sauces, and cooking oils, which can easily add hundreds of calories to a meal. I say this as someone who used to be over 200 pounds myself. I was shocked by how much I was actually consuming when I first started tracking my calories. For example I thought my morning coffee was like 75 calories, maybe 100 at most, but when I actually measured out the amount of vanilla creamer I was pouring in there I discovered it was over 400!! You can eat a normal amount of food volume-wise and still gain weight if that food is calorically dense. And if you're drinking a lot of calories from juices, sodas, sugary coffees, alcohol, etc, that can make you put on weight even if you're not overeating. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but you are consuming more calories than you think you are.
@FreyFrey-dw3eh Жыл бұрын
@@dariamoran9454 bullshit, I've counted calories for more of my life than not and I've also been fat my whole life. Weigt loss is not as simplistic as calories in calories out, everything effects the outcome. A lot of fat people do not eat more than they need to, people just like to portray fat people and chubby people as greedy and gluttonous or food wasters when in reality many thin people eat a lot of calorie dense foods because everyone's body is different and it doesn't matter how much you weigh, stereotypes are stereotypes.

I'm still a bit jealous ngl, I lost a lot of weight and I'm skinny but still ugly...i miss the joy of eating anything with no guilt, that's why i envy these people, they might not have health but i don't think by relationship with food isn't very healthy either. I'm always either starving or binging cause i have no time to cook good meals or buy actual fresh healthy food, everything either tastes poorly or is very highly processed and calorie packed so I can't even feel full without exceeding the calorie limit lol life's just like this we can never win, all that's left for us is to pick our struggles

Here's a simple brownie recipe: Ingredients: - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter - 2 cups granulated sugar - 4 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Allow it to cool slightly. 3. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into the melted butter until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. 7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). 8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Enjoy your homemade brownies!
