Does the $10 pledge on patron permanently grant access to the library?
@8limbsUs4 жыл бұрын
The pledge is a monthly pledge, so you have access to your tier as along as you are pledged monthly. You can start at $1 and look at the 5 most recent documentary entries and then edit up your pledge to access more if you like what you see. www.patreon.com/posts/muay-thai-uncut-7058199

Flat feet are important for balance, I heard... from, I think samart or some other former thai pro, on yt... what is beeing on toes for? Power? I don't understand yet, I was taking notes today but still no clarity

If you check out the full patreon post you'll understand more of what I'm saying here, and be able to watch legends of the sport teaching it to me. The context will help.

But dont you get sweeped easier when you are on your toes in the clinch
@8limbsUs4 жыл бұрын
The benefits of being on your toes outweigh any "harder to sweep" issue, which is a timing concern rather than a primary position.
