I love DKC 1&2 and I fucking love Smash Ultimate, but man, there is about 80 characters (and more incoming), over 70 franchises (as far as I know) in the game. Only 3 characters from DKC. I think is far enough, because if you ask me I would directly put all the Mario Galaxy 1%2 soundtrack in the game :D

This brought me to tears for multiple reasons. I have many fond memories playing this game, and my late grandmother accompanied these gaming sessions. She absolutely loved this game and so did I. I miss her dearly and I’m greatful for this game which allowed us to bond ❤️
