Most of the time it's your gas cap either that is loose or needs replacing guys!

118401 mixture control: Furl air mixture too lean. Large deviation Can this be attributed to a bad purge valve 2014 f30? Ruff idle on cold start which is usually followed by illuminated cel. But car drives fine there after however I think it’s prolly using too much fuel 11mpg on avg

i don’t believe so, if it does it’s very minimal, loss of MPG- noises that sound horrible from getting to much air
