From what i understood: Because we are living with clocks that are mechanical, it could effect our heart rates to adjust to a certain and static rhythm, while losing touch with its more organic and dynamic nature - ( this could be pretty obvious, or not ) Then, to in align the heart rate-movement-breath we can push our attention to our pulse in the hands (instead of the heart) There is the pause between the inhale & exhale, and there is the small pause of the pulse, she explains they are not the same and that we usually don't really have a name for it.

Maybe, I stumbled across her videos by chance, seemed very interesting, then I went on her website and she just has too much content on there, too many things to learn. Usually that is a sign a lot of it is made up, getting the body and mind right or whatever shouldn't require that much extensive instruction and knowledge imo. Maybe some of it has merit, but I think when you see a lot of options to pay for different courses like you see on her website that is a sign of exploitation usually. People who don't care about money just want to provide a simple template for people to follow even though they could make more money by offering different courses, and spinning a web which makes it seem genuine. What do you think? This is just based on my experience, and I'm open to the idea of there being a lot of knowledge required, but I just think it's been taken too far and getting things right should not require that much extensive knowledge.@@Blo0day
