Most Catholics would not even care about all this, don't even know their Catechism or Scripture, and probably don't even listen to the Word at Mass. I was one of them, until I had a spiritual awakening a few years ago, and it took a few more years before I returned to the Catholic Church. To get back to the faith I attended a New Life in God's Spirit Seminar, which blew me away, and was shocked with how much the Church had changed, not how I remembered it. This prompted me to read and study Scripture and the Catechism. There are many people out there like me, have their own views and beliefs of the Church. All I can do is pray that all people return to the true faith.

I too was like you. Only by God’s grace did I open my eyes, by way of a confession with a NO priest, who barely blinked an eye at my wretched life of sin. I believe the church has been this way my whole life, but I also did not care. As nieces, nephew, close friends (ALL “Catholic”) started getting married in secular wedding venues, there are so many things that don’t make sense. I meet with male friends weekly who are active in my church. One a eucharistic minister who follows James Martin’s teachings, one didn’t know birth control or IVF was against teachings. Homosexual marriage is fine, divorce is no big deal, my head was spinning. I have a traditional Catholic Church nearby, and it is sedevacatist - I am considering attending. Pray the rosary daily, and pray for all those who are lukewarm, indifferent, etc. I often think about tepidity and how it’s infected the masses.

Were held in a Babylonian Captivity from the W. Of Babylon, The Vatican 2. Nothing we can do. Gotta wait for Jesus to return and claim the Throne of St. Peter, just as on his first coming, he claimed the Throne of David, holding it forever.

@@flipneleanor7370 There is plenty we can do and the first thing is to get to a sedevacantist chapel or church to participate in the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the true Sacraments. Then pray the Rosary daily. Do penances and make reparations for your own sins and the sins of the world.

@@marcokite Eastern "Orthodoxy" are apostate heretics. They've been in perpetual captivity since their schism. God punished them allowed their empire and capital to be overtaken. In fact after moving east to Russia, they fully sumitted full authority to Tsar Peter. So after rejecting the authority of St. Peter, they ended up in the full authority of a false Peter. But they are too blind in their heresy to see the truth.

Starting to rock? Its hull is damaged below the waterline, the breach is getting bigger and the bulkheads are buckling. The Barque of the Church is sinking day by day, but it's captain, Bergoglio, still thinks all is fine. Time for the true Catholics to launch the lifeboats, and let the heretical 'people of God' sink or swim.

Thank you for this video and I did learn a lot from it wRT the entire offshoot of synodality from Vatican 2 and how it tries to side step Vatican 1 and other papal condemnations.
@dterry9517 күн бұрын
The source is of course Vatican 2 and Lumen Gentium, where those who follow that heretical council are taught to believe the Church is no longer God's one and only Church. Once that core heretical belief is accepted by any prelate or laity, the door is opened to view the Church and all of her dogmas as relative to other beliefs, religions and mankind itself, rather than absolutes defined by God. Synodality is a byproduct of this schismatic relativistic theology. This error reaches much deeper than anything Martin Luther ever considered in his rebellion. Satan's veil of deception is always subtle and very dangerous. But this time, it is cataclysmic.

If one understands that the heresy of Modernism, which is a complex, illogical, contradictatory and ever-changing ideology, replaced Catholicism in Vatican II, everything that has happened since then makes sense. Pope St. Pius X explained its machinations in his encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis-On the Doctrine of the Modernists.

Your instincts are correct. It's a loaded term that has its roots in the condemned heresy of Modernism.
@mendoncacorreia12 күн бұрын
Here, I respectfully beg to differ. The embryo of sinodality, viz. collegiality, was aborted during Vatican II by Paul VI, when He commanded to insert the famous 'nota explicativa praevia' in 'Lumen gentium'. What is happening right now under Francis cannot be attributed to Vatican II proper.

Thanks be to GOD the SOMEONE finally GETS IT. Why can’t the Cardinals and Bishops the likes of: Viganò, Burke, Müller, Schneider, Sarah and Zen to name a few say what our Mother Mary warned us about, that Rome at the highest level would loose the faith. Apostasy. How disgusting they would throw Mary under the bus. She said this would happen in a number of various apparitions during different time in history. In Quito Ecuador (late 1500’s), La Salette (1846), Fatima (1917), Akita (1973), Garabandal (1961-65) warring of the coming apostasy, of a bad Council and lastly a bad Synod. Specifically, the apparition messages of Ouito Ecuador purportedly predicted a "spiritual catastrophe" in the Catholic Church and in society, beginning "shortly after the middle of the twentieth century". Well folks; cardinals and bishops, the middle of the twentieth century would be Vatican II (the bad Council). Our Lady of La Salette (1846) “Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of Anti-Christ”. HELLO, I’m not a cardinal, bishop or priest but a seven year old can figure this out; Rome has lost the faith. And the bad Synod prophesied in Garabandal (1961-65) is certainly what is going on the Rome today. The counterfeit (APE) of the church is here NOW and likely manifested itself initially with Vatican II and is coming to maturity with this Synod of Synodality. We now have 60 years of PROOF that Vatican II was (is) BAD FRUIT. And for these current day Cardinals, Bishops and Priest to say otherwise makes them part of the problem, weak and feckless, cowards. Return to Tradition. Return to the Usus Antiquior, the original Seven Sacraments, sacred music, sacred art, sacred architecture and rituals.

Consider the CEO of a company creates a managerial position with specific areas of responsibilities. Consider that without the CEO’s agreement, the manager delegates much of the work of the office to others. Would the CEO hold the manager’s delegated workers responsible for the output of the manager? Or would the manager still be held fully liable for the responsibilities given to the office? Could the manager change the job description of his or her post unilaterally? Consider the Church which claims to have been created by God almighty. The office of pope was created by God. Can any sitting pope change his job description without the unambiguously expressed agreement of God? Of course he can divest some of his work to others, but can the pope divest any of his God-given responsibilities even if the whole church desires it? If the pope tries to do just that, would that be indicative of his assumption that either he is greater than God, or that the Church is merely a human organization accountable only to its current earthly membership? Popes can create and have created offices within the church for various purposes. Examples of these are those of cardinals dicasteries and acolytes. The work and responsibilities are completely subject to the human aspect of the Church. Other offices such as priest and bishop were created by God, and with innate purposes and natures which only God can change. If a pope does appoint other individuals or groups to proclaim doctrine with purported magisterial authority, the office of pope will remain with all its attendant responsibilities, even if that office is not filled or filled and badly carried out. It may be wise for all Christians to appreciate that it is simply impossible to frustrate God’s decrees, as much as the devil would try his darndest to obscure them.
