The same things happened to me. The problem is when you study at university you should know all the basics before you attend the class. Teachers in all Moroccan Universities don't teach you the first steps of any field instead they start the first sessions and the majority of students, unfortunately, struggle to follow and many of them get depressed and hate the subject. So, the solution is to work hard by practicing a lot, this how you reach a level where the image will appear clear enough for you.

In 12:14, you added a CP only because a VP can not contain a TP. Does this case happen only for CPs because we sometimes omit "that" or it can also happen for NPs, AdvPs, PPs?
