It should be available in the next couple of days for purchase. Minimal cost for the amount of secrets I will be sharing to help you boost your business, leads, clientele, social media and much more! If your interested feel free to email me and I'll notify you when it's all done! Thanks for watching!

@3:17 I'd love a custom program; I haven't found anything yet that fits what I'm looking for, and you have knowledge/expertise in those areas. I just don't know how to coordinate one; how specific am I allowed to get in what I'm looking for? I don't want to be a diva but I do have my goals defined

can a gym business be you secondary job?for example Iam currently studying dentistry.My dream is to open an awesome gym whilst working as a dentist.I have little interest in coaching and all I want to do is provide a good gym for anyone that wants to be a better person.If I am not always there to train people I can choose my employees to be the best I can find
@SzatStrength7 жыл бұрын
EGO ANDREAS you can make it work! Everyone's business models are different and most crossfit gyms are run part time w a larger coaching staff to make it work.

What kind of strength/powerlifting programming do you recommend for someone who is cutting weight? Obviously, the progression in relation to weight/muscle development will be minimal or none at all while eating at a caloric deficit.
