I'm just realizing I don't have the option to offset the tip of a cone for structure procedural parts. I only have the option to do that with nose cones that are in the aerodynamic parts category. How do I get the option to offset structure parts?

Can confirm is Kerbal Foundries 2. It's not built into the express install but is downloadable on CKAN and has tech node integration with RP-1.
