what do you do for radius rods? do you by them from speedway, spirit? front axle?

Great!!!. you chamfered you cuts like you were supposed to. I noticed it at the start of your video Maybe other so-called welders will learn from this video. Great job and Good Luck

Mike Miller thank you for the comment! Fortunately when I started learning to do this stuff I had some good teachers that knew the right way to do this stuff. Not only do the chamfered ends give a stronger joint but they make cleaning up the weld much easier!

What wall thickness tube is ideal for a chassis like this?

3/16" or .188" wall is the best.

What's the measurement of the last piece of the rail ? You said 88 inch to the short angle cut , 6 inch kick up , and then how long is the piece ? Thanks in advance !
