I've never before seen someone fold a green onion and cut it into shreds before. I watch cooking and food videos all the time and have never seen this method. I can't wait to use it. :-)
Made it a few days ago. Not as pretty but so crispy and good outside, chewy inside. So flavorful that i didn’t need to eat with the dipping sauce 👍 Thanks you! Btw, wondering if I can use sweet potatoes instead.

Idk if it’s me, but I grated the potatoes and ended up with a ton of water- maybe it needs more flour? And then it stuck to my non-stick pan so I had to break them up and flip lol. Tasted fine but I’d add less salt if I did it again
