I was just about to buy one of these, im in the UK, and this was a great demo! I love the dehydration feature. Dried fruit such as apricot is expensive so if you spent a few hours dehydrating a bunch of these you'd save a small fortune. Good luck with the channel!

What is the dimension (area) of the container in the deep fryer - length x width?

You need to use it as a silicone spatula to take off the food. Otherwise you will scratch it inside. Anyway thanks for sharing!

You can! Just set it to the lowest temp :)
