T Shirt cake tutorial (Polo shirt cake)

This video shows how to make a t-shirt cake step by step.
This POLO shirt cake is very easy to make, please find the recipes used in the video below.
Following is the Vanilla cake recipe (yields roughly 2kg of cake) I used in this video.
Oven temperature: 180 C
Pan size: 9-inch square pan
Yields: 3 cakes (My cakes shrank a little while cooling and ended up 8*8 squares)
Ingredients
------------
440g self-raising flour
60g cornflour
500g sugar
360g butter
140g oil (flavourless)
8 eggs
3 Tbsp Vanilla essence
250ml milk
method
--------
Cream butter, oil and sugar together.
Add eggs one by one, until all combined.
Sift together self-raising flour and cornflour.
Add and mix in the flour in three parts alternating with milk.
Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes.
Ganache recipe
=============
400g Chocolate
200g Cream
Melt both together in the microwave in several intervals and mix until all combined.

Another very creative idea. Love it. Plz tell me the cake for fondant is different from a regular sponge as it needs to b more dense than a spong e as the sponge one will sag under the weight of the fondant cover. Plz give me a recipe for the base cake Thanks ❣️💐🎉

Roxan, it’s a light turquoise colour. I mixed a little bit of blue to green. Used Wilton gel colours.

Mam u r not used baking powder and soda by carb in u r cake why ?please reply.

Thant's because I'm using self-raising flour. self-raising flour contains leavening agents so we don't have to use baking powder. If you use plain flour, you should add 3 tsp baking powder.

Printed the logo and cut it out, then cut the logo on fondant using the print as a template. My husband did it while I was working on the cake so couldn’t record it.
