You guys need a scale for the pulled pork and do small 4 ,6, 8, Oz weight it and put them in those little red and white paper frie containers mark them by weight medium large on the nachos the same with the hamburgers single, double , or triple. 15 Dollars for a hamburger plate is a little pricey. The sausage sandwich should be served with onion, relish ketchup and mustard slaw and cheese should be extra instead of the pulled pork. Buy some of those plastic containers with lids small medium and large. have them prepared with the beens slaw, cheese and potato salad. for a side order. Nachos should be chicken, pork or beef small medium large. You're losing money plus if you prepare your containers first you can get your orders out faster Have your slabs already cut and rap in foil. You do about ten to twenty at a time when it gets to four or five left you build it back up.just keep them in the warmer and have the sauce in containers.. BBQ tacos should be on the menu beef chicken or pork.
