This upgrade is worth it’s weight in gold!! After 7 years of resawing, template and breaking down large 9/4 ash and anything above 5/4 I go with the bandsaw for safety reasons. Recently upgraded with Carter setup and a fellow woodworker came over and liked my Grizzly better than his more expensive bandsaw brand. One other important fact Grizzly has awesome customer service!!

3:47 call a local machine shop for "shim" stock. blue painters tape is .14 mm/0.005 " most shops will have multiple gauges of steel, brass, s.s. shim stock in much smaller and larger thickness.

23mm socket on mine not 26mm.
