As for the diesel spray and smoke part of the regen, consider blocking the diesel spray line or reroute it back to the fuel tank. You may be able to let it think it has gone through a full regen cycle by rerouting the fuel. Great video and good luck with it.

Hi, on my T394, I installed a voltmeter on the differential pressure sensor signal (the connector that you unpluged). Voltage is always around 2.5 To 2.7 volts (2.5 volts = dpf ok, 5 volts = dpf blocked). And it still doing a regen every 9 to 15 hours. Then I clean the two dpf temperature sensors. One of those was dirty. And I found that every electrical problem, like loose wire or a blowned fuse, initiate a regen next time the tractor engine runs. After immobilising the cable harnest, located in the wall behind the computer, the tractor run for 36 hours before a regen. That's a big improvement. For your tractor, you still having regen even without a dpf. Maybe, you have an electrical problem like mine.

yanmar makes fine engines but the kukje are quieter and smoother with far fewer computers and sensors. both are fantastic engines. kukje way easier to work on

If you always find the dpf filter clogged, it probably isn't your dpf filter. The engine itself malfunctioning. Low fuel pump pressure, low injection spray pattern, wrong pump timing, wrong fuel, dribbling nozzle. High altitude/ non-turbo. Does it have an EGR valve. The engine may well be sooting up. Is this a direct injection or common-rail. I have seen direct injection pumps cams lobes worn down with very low hours. A clogged or incorrect air filter could cause the engine to soot so bad it could overcome the catalytic effect of the dpf filter. My t474 is none over 200hrs with no regen. The clogged dpf is telling you something about your engine.
