Confused. I just read the Triton guide saying push fit connections to shower should not be used and compression must be used.

Just bought this, could you please tell me what the orange tab on the left does please, I've caught mine and pushed it down by accident, tweaked it up very slightly but it wont go back up as on a ratchet type system.

Hi Nicholas, sorry to hear this. It may be an issue with the solenoid valve from what you have described. However, if you call our service team, they should be able to assist further for you.
