very nice truck, its setup allot like my assigned truck, walton milk hauling #84. same transmission..... but i have more gauges. i too like the idea of having the jake controller on the steering wheel. im guessing it would make it much easier to turn the jake off if you want it off while shifting.

Andy-that button on the end of the t/s stalk reminds me of a time I was doing a PDI on a w-900 and one of the salesmen that also sold Fords came and told me the w/washers wouldn't work! he was pushing that marker light flash button instead of the whole end! he was too used to Fords!

I own 2 T880 (17) and a (18) could you give me better detail on those front mud flaps . I cant keep the mud off these trucks ,thanks for your time. Both left and right side

My T880 is the longer hood version and I wished they had some type of mud flap on those trucks. Would help with mud and all as well as the rock tearing up the bottom side of the fuel tank.

For future videos can you either raise the volume or lower the intro music? Because its really high compared to the normal video and when I raise the volume to to hear the main video, when the intro plays its like super loud. Just thought I would let you know :)

How do you increase from 6th gear to 7th and from 12th to 13th. Is there buttons. Or is there just one big gear box that has 18 slots to put the gear stick

Doughnut’s Aviation There are a number of videos on 13 and 18 speed shifting, basically the front lever allows you after shifting through 4 gears to move to a high range and repeat the pattern. On an 18 spd you can also shift with the red button from a low range to a high range, this is how the count gets to be 18 gears. Hope that helps...check out those videos

The 4x4 is only available on the t370 and you can put the 385 all around. Would be a sick truck.

@@AndyTheKenworthGuy What does the extra pipe have to do with emissions? It in no way changes the "quality" of the exhaust gasses. The new Western Stars we are getting are hooked up and the new Petes I have seen are hooked up.

Having a second pipe hooked up didn’t provide enough back pressure in the exhaust system. Also we were finding condensation in the second pipe that would drain back into the DPF causing issues.

Paccar is a great engine, I have it in my truck and I like it. Think people are forgetting that it's a 13 liter and of course it's going to be different from the 15 liter. For what it is, its a great platform. My boss has over 30 trucks and all but 5 are Paccar and the long haul trucks have well 200k and are preforming well. My next one will have a Paccar for sure.

The Kenworth Guy it was large and very nice but poorly configured a lot of wasted space, put a 680 sleeper interior with the w900 nice leather and will be nicest truck on the market

Ya lost me....a 5 time KW owner....how gay can you get with those friggin hood mirrors...47 yr's in the biz with 14 in construction and convex under the rear mirrors required no secondary movement to monitor what's going on...fuck I get pissed when I see Kenworth headed down this path of turd shaped trucks !!!

It’s the customer that determines how the truck is specd. We build trucks with and without hood mirrors. If you want them we install three and if not they won’t be there. Thanks for watching.

Kenworth can you keep their new style trucks I don't like the style of the t880 I definitely don't like the style of the team 990 as far as I'm concerned Kenworth really screwed up when they change the style of the W-900 I will never buy another Kenworth now I'm going back to Freightliner or Peterbilt goodbye Kenworth after I sell my last two and I'll start getting the other ones in

The Kenworth Guy Then the company I'm doing business with must want to push the new style trucks because he's the one that is told me that Kenworth is in the process of stop producing the t-800 in the W900 Kenworth so all I can do is take for what it's worth but if you're saying that they're still in production things are looking up what part of the country are you out of so I can see if it's worth my wild to go somewhere else you still get what I want thank you for your comment and have a great day

I’m up in Canada. Kenworth certainly wants to push the new 2.1 meter cabs but we sell tons of w900 and t800 cabs. Nothing has been announced regarding stopping productikn
