I watch a lot of woodworking videos. It is nice to see someone else who doesn't have a 2200 sq. ft. workshop that is perfectly organized and clean.

You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice kzbin.infoUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

Man I love to see a passionate woodworker just make the affordable tools into something good. Only a bad carpenter blames his tools, a good carpenter can improve his tools. Awesome job ! Liked and subscribed.

I have one of those saws and they are perfectly good saws for what I need. The legs and ancillaries are best to be customised for your needs and you’ve done a great job. Well done.

Nice job! Very sturdy framework for your saw. Really enjoying your “ no nonsense” approach. I love that you’re not ridiculously ‘ precious’ about how you work. That’s deffo not a criticism. You do woodworking that I can attempt to follow. Lots of other unloaders just make everything too difficult. Love your channel. Great stuff. Thanks.

Good job mate ! I am a yank, and you impressed me with your natural talent and ability to think outside of the box. I also like to be creative and build things from older stuff that looks like it is on its last leg. I make new things from old shipping pallets and skids. Once again, great job on your part. Well done !

Great video. As a wood worker I find myself never doing what I want to do. It's always stuff I'm doing I should have done weeks ago. Your not alone.

I bloody loved this video. I’m in the middle of doing a similar thing, but because the motor was knackered in the cheap table saw I had, I’ve replaced it with a hand circular saw and built a cage for it so I still have the height and tilt adjustment. Now off to watch pt 2!

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Had a similar plan in mind and watching this took all the head-scratching out of it. Nice to find a 'how to make a table saw' video that doesn't require already having a table saw. Great video, top bloke. 'You can't educate pork' 😂

You have got to be a Yorkshire man, I've heard that they are tight and don't like spending money? But, I am the same, that is why I bought a similar saw from Aldi. Co. Durham, is my neck of the woods. But thanks a million, been trying for ages to a numpty with a saw like mine. Cheers Geoff Maddison. Will be watching part 2 asap.

I have a similar saw (from Aldi in Australia) and this build is better than my table replacement/addition. It's very sim0p-le and quick. So thanks heaps and now I'm off to the 'workshop' to build it.

Hi mate, great idea of yours and it looks great. I have a Titan saw but I have not used it as I should and it is in my outside building. It's too cold for me to go in the building as I suffer from arthritis, so at present I am converting one of the bedrooms into a small workshop. I bought the saw Screwfix When it was on offer so in the next few days I am moving the saw into the room. Sorry for rabbiting on and once again Great video.

Seen 1 or 2 vids on here, re: making a fence - some look very good. And probably a lot better functioning than the cropped fences on cheaper T/saws. I don't know why so many manufacturers go down the short fence option - when a full span would only be marginally more expensive to manufacture... sure most people would rather part with a small amount more, for a more accurate cut! 3:11 Lovely 4-legged person :-)

Just found this vid, and like your style. I also hate spending money. I just replaced a Ferm saw almost identical to that one. It was also cheap and nasty in every respect but the price. Good luck if you ever need to replace the brushes, it's a nightmare to get into. Hope it all worked out well for you.

I just found ur video today Sharpey my friend.. U made a great job of this saw. I bought one of those TITAN saw's for my 1st table saw and it was a huge mistake bro. The table top is a piece of shit. I wouldn't ever recommend anybody buy one of these shithouse saws.. They are the noisiest bastds ever and the fence is trash too.. I built my 1st workbench this week and it's ok but if I had the use of a proper Table saw It coulda been so much better. I had to hand saw everything and it took ages. I'm going to try and take the top off completely and replace it with 18mm MDF. I have the Aluminium Mitre slots and all to put on the MDF. I will use Shellac to make the top better to use in the long run but I'm going to get the best out of it until I decide if I ever want to buy a proper table saw in the future,, I also have to build a proper Table saw fence too now. This fence is pure dog shite as well man.. LMAO. I honestly never realised how bad this thing was. I have their jointer/Thicknesser as well and it;s decent ceot for the bloody fence on the thing. It's pure trash too.. Something about fences with this shower a eejits at TITAN.. tHEY NEED TO SPEND THEIR MONEY BETTER WHEN BUILDING A BUDGET SAW. The top and the fence are more important than these fools realise.. BTW, I really enjoyed ur video on here bro.. Hope ur channel has motre to come bcos I will be looking now,,
