When I was a teenager (Many Many years ago), A family friend from Texas taught us how to make tacos with potatoes. When I tell people they say they never heard of that. Happy to see you do it. I later learned while tacos are frying shake Parmesan cheese on the outer shell for a super crunchy taco. Yes the Parmesan out of the bottle/can! I use ground beef and sometimes to cheat I add instant potatoes to already cooked meat with a very small amount of water if necessary to help cook instant potatoes.

I used to live in San Diego and there were these restaurants called Alberto's and Roberto's tacos and they had these delicious crispy deep fried tortilla tacos with greasy, juicy shredded beef with lettuce and shredded cheese, omg they were to die for!
