I might have missed it, but is this drill supposed to simulate (as best as it can) that you got punched or something has happened that has caused you to be "out of it" or disoriented?

@@Tier1Citizen during this drill if you stand still it kinda sucks, if you move a little it’s better. if you move faster like a jog almost the Dizziness goes away a lot faster and is for stable.

I would hope this drill was briefed as to the “why “ it is being conducted. I do not see any training value to this but again, maybe it was briefed beforehand. And yes, I have attended fighting pistol before and yes I have attended other courses and no, I am not hiding behind a keyboard. I just don’t get it.
