Tested this out. It falls short of any other 6pc build currently with the exception of other Tact builds. If you want to do less with more then go with this build I guess. Otherwise it's only useful in a group setting as a support build by providing a nice pulse so your teammates can make up for your lack of DPS. Edit: Wanted to make sure though I'm not saying I'm not thankful for you making this video and attempting to bring something outside the meta, I appreciate it! It's just this build falls short of all 6pc meta's currently going around and also isn't as strong as Hexotic imo.

The AR's appear to perform better than my build did, might be the native crit damage. Similar to mine but I roll CHD on backpack and pads, also use the house as it is more damage and CHC which frees up your mods also to pulse CHD

Great vid.I like this build. I was using something fairly similar before the 6pc came out but it was 3pc Tac, 2pc Pred and ninja bike. Great survivability and decent damage.

If you're still around playing Division 1, that build is still valuable. I remade my 2pc Banshee(3pc bonus), 2pc Tac(3pc Bonus) and Vigorous. It still hits hard in the game right now. And yes, the game's still active.

Great video. Like your content. I have a few suggestions. I for one believe in OP gear. Just make them all OP. Which in itself will create balance. First I will start with perfect gear that need no changes they are great. Striker, Nomad, Predator, D3, Final Measure, Fire Crest. Gear that need tweaks: Tactician- allow 4 skills to be used and rotated. So when a skill is used and on cool down another skill with show in its place. Also add 1.50% to all performance mods inserted. Hunters Faith- head shots blind 100% for 8 seconds, body shots disable dives and decrease speed by 30% for 8 seconds. Dead Eye- allow all bonuses out of cover, and all weapons zoomed. Alpha Bridge- take away balance requirements and allow each kill to proc 10 secs on each signature. Also put back 6 talents. Sentry- pve is perfect, pvp 1-3 marks 5% dmg increase, 4th mark blinds 4 sec, 5th mark disables skills 10 sec, 6th mark all bullets guaranteed critical damage. Banshee- all bonuses it has plus increase more weapon dmg for non rouge and increase run speed for both, invisible on map unless shooting or to other banshee users, rouges receive 100% skill haste. Lone Star- improved berserker/unforgiving mode. The lower your health the more your weapon dmg increase, weapon rpm increase. Reaching up to 120% damage increase and 50% rpm increase. Reclaimer- bring back unlimited resources. Just for user. Now as a bonus ninja back pack should keep its same function but add increase all high ends talents and bonuses by 8%.

I have a question. I built this pretty much exactly like yours. I have gloves that don’t have the trifecta.I have crit hit, crit damage, and skill haste. I have more crit dam than you, and same amount of crit chance but my dps is 100k less. Would that be because your assault rifle is a 286 and mine is a 265? (also I ran out of Phoenix credits so I have responsive competent and deadly until I roll unforgiving) Thank you for the video and in advance for the answer if/when you get around to seeing this comment.

5pc tac and a couple mods, you'll hit 50%skill haste pretty easily. Swap the chance on the gloves for 9%skill haste and run skill haste mods instead of CC. Get to your 50, then use CC or w/e. That should give you want you're asking for.

GameyDaddy at max crit chance (60%), Deadly renders aprox. 9% damage between crits and non-crits. The damage is technically not as good as Competent but keep in mind the skill haste not maxed out here and there are windows during fights where the talent would not be active.

Deadly, due to it being additive, and your high base crit of close to 100%, will only add 4.5% when at full 60% crit cap. So Chris is right to choose competent, even if he only had it active 50% of the time (unlikely as he is building stacks and probably staggering his booster and pulse to some degree). You wont be at 60% CHC all the time either as the pulse cooldown is 33 secs, so deadly would add less than 4.5% on average.

Great build baseline. I have found that 4 piece tac with specialized and savage works better. You run more toughness and the same overall dps with higher SP. Crit chance is maxed as well.

as a new play there's a savage glove for sale at the special weapons vendor would you recommend that even if it doesn't have CHC and CHD (it has 11% LMG Damage, 7.5% Enemy Armor Damage,12% Pistol Damage) or is it better to go with a 6 piece tacticians?

I agree about your remarks twards the 6pc classi tac set requirements. It's way to conditional. ive even found myself wasting time trying to get that dam 60stack and/or keep that rotation during combat every now amd then when i could be popping out another op ass pulse for me amd or me squad. In my opinion, thr way they should've done it was have the classi 6 pc always stack up to 60 then at least give it a 40-50% chance to drop down to 30upon any skill use. They could've even had that chance increased based off of the user's electronics.

I have been using this with vigorous instead of the savage gloves and with one more electronics roll...Booster cools in 20 seconds and pulse is always up and adding 32+% chd and chc....this build shreds....

The benefit for the M4 is the optimal range and headshot damage. Rate of fire also comes into play when competing against teammates to get the last bullet on the player and get the kill.

The crit chance is looking pretty good. I would opt for skill haste on the mods. It's a difference of either 15% skill haste or 5% crit chance. On the gloves and holster although, it's not nearly as beneficial to run the skill haste.

This build has potential. Since this is a Crit build you should have Deadly rolled on your AR. A better combination would be deadly, Comp and Unforgiving. Since your squishy you don't want to face tank a striker or pred. Your better off shooting them from a distance.

Now Tactician is my favorite gear set. I now I like the most useless one. Yet I see great potential in the set if done right. I see the set having a great balance of cover shooting which the game is supposed to be and a good run and gun. : Tactician- allow 4 skills to be used and rotated. So when a skill is used and on cool down another skill with show in its place. Also add 1.50% to all performance mods inserted, and activate all talents in your abilities. Ex: one is none, on the move, critical save, strike back, triage, precision etc....

Did some tests on the gun range dumby and from 43-53k body crits to 48-58k as for headshots are about the same maybe 2k increase couldn't tell

I play on console PS4. I do feel sometimes lack of hits registering well. Like a connection issue maybe. I'm in Caribbean zone, my best ISP connection is in the 35/4 MB. Looking for answers I started fixing some weapons deficiencies like Accuracy on SMG or Stability on Assaults. After that hits started registering better but under Crit sacrifice but hey, they land now (register). Have anuone experienced something like it on consoles?

I would like to see a six peice rework that allow crit damage on skills like sticky bomb and turrent but not seeker mines as they don't take any aim and no one wants one shotting with them... Something like 10% crit chance and 10% crit damage for every 100,000 skill power would be nice and would give a reason to push past the 450,000 skill power soft cap as it drops off rapidly after that.

ATT MERRICK You can see the numbers it hits for in the skirmish footage at the end. That tells you the damage potential of the build when optimized, and that's against players with higher mitigation than in the DZ. Manhunt gameplay shows you skill, teamwork, skill of the competition on that particular server, etc. A good player with a bad build can still tear up a server and a bad player with a good build might do nothing.. All you need is the numbers to compare the output of different builds..

This is my opinions 1. Disrupt resistance is way better than damage to elites on the mask. 2.The amount of skill power you can get on the mask is more viable than 4% crit chance I see what you was going for but I can't say I see it being a pound for pound fighter in team fights or solo, to be a hybrid I feel this build lacks one key elements of hybrid and that's the good old 40% skill haste. I'm not saying this build is not useful just that it under performs in my opinion, you have a lot of "Crit chance and damage", but why not push for more skill power so you can run precision instead of one is none. Resulting in you having double heals (Immunizer and a booster shot.) (Hmmph, but I guess if you do it that way your team benefits less because your not pulsing; however if you're bodying then they should have no complaints.) :)

I run a ninja, strikers chest, gloves and holster, tactician mask and pads. 6,3k firearms, 455k toughness and 145k skill power. 50% skill haste and with the scan, I am on 60% crit chance/ ~115% damage. Without the cap it would be 62-63% something, but that’s not a problem. Scan goes for 20 sec and has 18,6 cooldown. Gun is a House with Deadly and fierce. All mods are self heal. That thing absolutely shreds in PVE and is pretty decent in pvp, but nothing beats a good striker or predator right now.

I tried this out and it is great. Amazing build for tactician users. It is a little squishy but I really enjoy this build. Definitely learning to change my play style only slightly. JaraTo Thanks for the info. Sorry if I wasn't clear. I don't have a House, but I'm hoping to use my Bullfrog up close as a substitute for an smg. The Bullfrog is very erratic when firing mid to long range, but up close it should be OK. It would also take advantage of the +12% assault rifle stat on the Savage gloves and it has a 950 rpm firing rate. I think that's the same or higher than a House.

Not performance mods. Also if you have a pulse equipped it will override precision. But, gear mods with crit chance still work as normal.

Why not sacrifice 5% CHC on gear mods to get 15% more skill haste instead??? Your skirmish gameplay showed me your pulse wasn't up enough to be effective IMO. More skill haste = more chances per minute to pop pulse which is going to = more DPS overall.

Hell, I want to say I watched one of your videos where you stated that skill haste is one of the more undervalued attributes in the game. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I personally grab it on most builds whether they're dmg or tank or skill.

Against good players I'll get melted try 3 piece banshee, with barrett, savage and refresh, all crit chance mods. A m4 with deadly unforgiving fierce, ur crit chance sits at 44 with savage included 27k crits to 31k crits all day

Ok it is the new thing taking an electronics skill build and transforming it into a firearms dps crit build. But for pve the electronics skill power tac is far better (5pcs + inventive). For pvp go with Str or Pred. There is really no reason trying to make a pure electronics skill build into something else canceling it's mechanics.
