Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis[a] is a tactical role-playing game developed by Quest Corporation for the Game Boy Advance (GBA). It was published in Japan by Nintendo in 2001, and in North America by Atlus USA in 2002. It is a spin-off of Tactics Ogre (1995), acting as a prequel to the rest of the Ogre Battle series. It was the last video game developed by Quest before their acquisition by Square.

Watching a few reviews of this game and everyone is playing it emulated without a color correction shader and it boggles my mind. GBA games are overly bright and pastel to compensate for the dimming and muting effect of the GBA's screen, so all look like neon candylands when emulated raw.

Yes, it does. Reborn takes place in the Valeria Isles. This is a different location and may be in a different time period. A bit new to the series, myself

Why can I only control one character? Does that change at a cetain point?

after a bit of time (tutorial, separation, and reunite with your friend), he will lend you some troops you can control. Anything goes from there

The characters move independently from each other, one at a time. It's not Fire Emblem, where you can choose any of your units on the map to move, during your turn.
