Tactile Turn offers a Titanium, Bronze, and Copper versions of their popular bolt action pens. They also come in a standard, short or mini sizes. In this video, I take a look at the standard size in bronze and the titanium short pens. Here is more from the Tactile Turn site:
The main piece that makes these pens interesting is the unique bolt action. It’s one fluid motion to advance or retract and, because the surfaces of both the interior part and the inside surface have been carefully machined to be extra smooth, the action feels amazingly satisfying.
Choose from 2 different lengths - standard and short. Both pen sizes fit well in almost all hands although, if you wear big gloves, you might be more comfortable with the standard, 5.6" model which comes with a 0.7mm Pilot G2 ink refill. The short, 5.1" model comes with a Schmidt Easy Flow 9000 refill and tend to fit better in shirt pockets without sticking out.
Tactile Turn pens are known for their CNC precision-machined texture. It’s where our name comes from. The tactile feeling allows you to control the pen exactly the way you want. It won’t bite into your skin but provides just the right amount of grip. It’s subtle, but the textured surface disguises and protects the pens from light scratches much better than a smooth surface.
