+LitziaBeltran From what i've learned... yeah.. it is.. seems more like shadow boxing tho.... anyways... never really been a poomsae person...

Although poomsae is our foundation and what gives us strong techniques, I don't see why they need to revise it. Too many movements too. However, this is a very nice observation and great to see the balance of hand and foot technique.
