Very nice video my friend Aaron!! In the case of punching combinations, when Iam sparring, i prefer to use crescent punch aka Bandal Jirugi than the classic hook punch, because it has a wider angle and I doesn't need to get that close to my opponent. However, they are great combinations!!

Hey Aaron great vid, but one thing I dont understand is why do you never play in taekwondo tournaments, I think you would do great.
@GingerNinjaTrickster11 жыл бұрын
I can't dedicate enough time to be as good as i'd want to be for tournaments. My job, my family, youtube videos and editing are just some of what I have to juggle on a regular basis. Then add seminars, demonstrations and other business which leaves me with very little time to even train. I think I could compete and do okay but okay is not good enough for me and what i'd want to achieve if i did go down that path again. Thank you for your support :)

Your videos are amazing man! I just have one question: why are you using hooks, knifehands, backhands and uppercuts when only straight punches are allowed in ITF tournament? Are those punches allowed in your country?
@g.e.s11945 жыл бұрын
I practice ITF and (as far as I know) there is no specific rule that prohibits uppercuts or hooks. at least that's the way it is in my country (Argentina)

Hi GNT. I wonder if all the punch variations as shown in your video are legal in ITF tournaments? They looks like kickboxing/boxing punches already. I practice GTF style and only straight punch is allowed to use, no hook, bob & weave... are allowed. Sometimes I wonder if this is depending on the local association? Thanks a lot.
@g.e.s11945 жыл бұрын
