ONLY in America can an empty 30+ floor bldg sit for three years and the city and county take ZERO action against the owners. Interesting the taggers appear to be adults not adolescents as one unfamiliar with tagger culture would expect. I'm not sure what it is about the tagger alternative mentality, I guess guys experiencing the "Peter Pan Syndrome." "Peter Pan syndrome (defined) is a pattern of behavior that prevents people from growing up and facing adult responsibilities. It can affect anyone, but it's more common in males. It can be influenced by childhood experiences, narcissism etc." Kinda like a regression to lower-level animal-mentality behavior like a dog pissing on something to mark an area. Also interesting that a large group of LA police shown in another video just let dozens of taggers exit the building and walk right by and just stood around talking rather than try and catch them. A few taggers caught later and got a ticket and let go. So much for a deterrent to crime. I saw some taggers on another tagger channel just laughing that the tickets were no big thing as in "So What they give me a ticket HA small price for something really Dope!"
