I'm having to unlearn 17 years of belly dance training. I was always a bent knee dancer, so that part is no problem, but the locked knees are proving to be a challenge. We normally only lock knees on hard shimmys. I think maybe I'm just overthinking my posture. It's difficult not having someone around to say if I'm doing it wrong. Thank you for your videos. I'll keep working on it.❤
