I wanted to add some footwork to get our legs moving - therefore we are stepping to Horse Stance, Side Bow Stance and Horse Stance throughout - let me know what you think ?

All physical exercise will help maintain a healthy lifestyle which will support weight loss. Tai Chi is a great low impact, low intensity exercise that will get your body moving, heart pumping and build muscle - all of which burns calories. If weight loss is your goal and you're new to fitness Tai Chi is a great starting point however you will need to consider food, nutrition and other forms of physical activity too.
