Always exercise within your own comfort zone and within your own range of motion by listening to your body. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints so that you do not overstretch. Focus on calm breathing, deeper than you would normally if you can, and really develop the feeling of each movement. FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW.

Lovely to follow. Nice and easy to follow hand and arm movements with you in sports top/ t shirt. Respect for doing it barefoot but also very beneficial and easier to follow foot movement

I initially trained as a Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer so used to teach bootcamps where we did lots of dumbell & ketlebell workouts. Although I only teach Tai Chi these days I still try to mix it up for my own personal fitness so I aim to do a couple of sessions each week and often use the dumbbells and kettlebells 💪

The structure of the class plan, how we build from basic stances/moves and use in combinations, unique Tai Chi Forms... and we have an ongoing support system with new updates and releases so your classes can continue to be fun, fresh and engaging 👍

Hi. The general rule is waiting 1 to 2 hours after eating before exercising however a gentle Tai Chi session will be less demanding than higher impact and higher intensity workouts.

My approach is more a modern exercise class so we play piano instrumentals softly in the background as I too cannot connect to traditional Tai Chi music
