Thanks you so much, Christopher. Xiexie! I am 60 years old and in good shape. Still, I always wanted to learn Tai Chi. I followed all 13 videos and spent almost two hours a day for two weeks working through the moves. Slowly and consistently just as you suggested. It was very easy to follow you and I could feel your patience and caring through the videos. Now, I practice one hour every day early in the morning outside. I combine the 24-form Yang style with your warm-up exercises, the 8 silken brocade of Qi Gong and I finish with the Wu Qin Xi (five animals). It is a great way to start the day and I feel the difference throughout the day. Thank you so much once again.

Master Pei. We just started your training. I did some Tai Chi years ago. Either I moved or the classes ended. Never learned long forms. Also used to do Tang Soo Do. Now I am almost 72. We did your first warm up and first lesson and I feel great. I want to continue Tai Chi for the rest of my life. I feel that if I can have your videos available then it can be done. In a perfect world I would want to train with a Master in person, but the videos are so good I am sure this will work.

This is awesome, I slowly worked through all forms, focusing on one to two forms a week. I started end of December, and just finished the set. Thank you. I would love to see him do a video with all 108 forms.

Oh my goodness! I am so excited 🌻🌞🌺💃This is the video I have been searching for. These are exactly the movements I have been “mimicking” during my weekly class. Now thanks to your kindness & patience I can practice at home & shine at my classes. May the Creator continue to protect you and your family. Thank you so much ! Namaste & Aloha 🙏🌺

It is slow enough to understand and follow, and he is not sitting low which makes it easier for the beginners.

You are a great teacher but I wish you would record a version of your final 24-steps w/o any changes to the camera angle. I learned tai chi in massage school 20 years ago and simply need someone to watch as I review/relearn the movements I used to know. But with the shifting camera angle, it makes it much more difficult. We began every day at massage school by doing the tai chi routine and our teacher was always right in front of us (we never suddenly saw her from the front when she was faced to the side from our view). Hence, using this video to watch/imitate the way one does in any course is jarring for me (and I think it might be for others who are not really beginners, but have learned the practice in parks or gyms or whatever other location.) At any event, thank you for bringing your knowledge to the greater public.

so grateful to have found this excellent teaching. Learnt and practiced the Yang Tai CHi form regularly for 8 years but then moved away from classes. After a few problems I found I lost confidence in remembering the form and stopped trying. But the longing to find it again - in its pure form continued and I found Chris Pei. Have started again. Thank you

I love Chris Pei, and this is another wonderful video, I wish there were a video with no narration. As someone trying to do the exercises with him, it's impossible to mirror him. His directions are given "move left foot" but what you see as the student is the opposite, because he is facing you, so it is YOUR right foot. I have to try to do it without sound, which is unfortunate, because he has a very calming voice and is an excellent teacher.

I actually find the several camera angle changes very useful to view the arm and feet positions better. After a while, once you get the movements, you can just listen to his instructions.
