I finally got my muscles working well enough to try this without too much worry of falling down. And promptly found out how dis-functional my core is. These movements are no longer natural. I could not have done this without the detailed breakdown of the movements. Hopefully the next ones will be easier once my body figures out how to move for Parting the Wild Horse's Mane.

These movements take a lot of practice to get correctly. That is natural. They train your body to move correctly in all other activities.

Dear Dr. Martin, Thank you very much for this video. It is a tremendous help and tool that I can integrate into my efforts to develop the proprioception needed to reprogram my movements. I see how much how the code has changed my life in a short period. Each day I make progress. I would be grateful if you could, from time to time, continue this form of video. I still feel unsure of my technical understanding as I practice. No surprise. 62 years of experience will not be changed in a hurry. That’s as I expect and natural. What is a source of joy is to finally find a teacher who clearly explains the path that leads to a healthy, evolutionary on which to practice.

Thank you Brian. I intend to go through the whole Yang 24 form with these videos. I haven't done as many of these because there isn't as much interest from most of my viewers. But I strongly believe the information is critical to understand, and there is no where people can find this information. Keep practicing and I will keep publishing.
