This specially designed program by medical and Tai Chi experts will bring health benefits for anyone, it is especially safe and effective for people with diabetes.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, enhancing life energy (Qi) in the appropriate acupuncture meridians (energy channels) will improve diabetes. This program is also designed to enhance these meridians.
After an introduction to Tai Chi and diabetes, warm up and cooling down exercises, this program contains Qigong for Diabetes, 11 basic movements and 8 advanced movements. Viewers can learn the different parts at their own pace using step-by-step instructions.
The set is based on both Yang and Sun styles, selected to enhance Qi (internal life energy) and provide progressive exercises safe for people with diabetes.
Features
Designed to prevent and improve control of diabetes by gently increasing physical activities, cellular uptake of glucose and relaxation. It enhances Qi (life energy), which according to traditional Chinese medicine will help control diabetes. For people who don't have diabetes, practising it could prevent diabetes, or just improve fitness and health.
The program is supported by Diabetes Australia.

I know many people who benefited from less than 60 minutes form practice per day, if they can apply the principles while doing other things. Don't underestimate the power of minimal, intelligently applied exercise. I also get the sense that you feel exercise should be taught for free. What's wrong with fair trade? You buy beer and cigarettes in the store, why not buy something to improve your health? Perfectionism and misplaced idealism are limitations that can be overcome.
