It is easy and inspirational to follow. No talking from instructor to distract and the sign to inhale and exhale is good guide. All in all a great beginner start to Tai Chi.

I've been practicing qigong for a few years now. I learned about Shibashi a few days ago. This is wonderful! Thank you. I love the "meter" for breath. Your music brings tears to my eyes. They are joyful tears.

Thank you so much for your videos. I am finding them very helpful especially as I am trying to follow the original version of Shibashi 18, and the warmup exercises as well, which you present in your earlier video. After years of Tai Chi and Qigong on a casual basis I am now practising this every day.

very nice. Thank you. For a "mirrored" version I would humbly suggest you being seen from the back in front of a mirror and set the reflexion of your moves in the mirror slightly in diagonal 🌷🌷🌷It's being done too rarely

Hello. I have learned the first 3 sets of movements, I like them. But I have questions for you: 1) Are they equivalent in effect? 2) In what order can they be performed? 3) Or can I choose one and focus on practice? 4) Can they be performed in a row, one per drum. In general, if you, as a master, have additional information, then please share it 🙏
