Thank you. I’m 76 yrs old and I’ve been doing Tai Chi for two years at home and right and left heel kick has always been very .difficult for me. I can do these now. You are a excellent instructor .

It is a beautiful move - you can really see the Crane style influence especially when you chained three or more of them together in a row, but my goodness I hate doing this one in class! 😂 When I'm doing 24 I'll be thinking "Hey I'm getting really good at this!" until the first kick comes up... 😬😄
