Did this person also invent the 8 Brocades
@Qigong182 жыл бұрын
The 8 Brocades is an older Qigong form that does not have a known creator. There are various stories as to its origin but it's impossible to know for sure at this point.

Hi, may I know if there are other sets of 18 movements performed by Master Linhou Seng? Thank you
@Qigong1810 ай бұрын
The system has a total of 8 set. set 1-2-3-5-6-7 all have 18 specific movements. Set 4 is a medical Qigong set to treat 18 common diseases using the movements from set 1-2-3. Set 8 also known as Jing Hua Ban or Elit/Quintessential form is a combination of 18 pairs (36 movements) from all sets.. Let me know if you have more questions about the Taiji Qigong Shibashi system, I'm an indoor student of Professor Lin. (His name is Lin Housheng)

@Qigong182 жыл бұрын
Following the music, "Xi" means inhale, "Hu" means exhale. The breath combine with movements in 3 different pattern: Inhale as you go up, Exhale as you go down, Inhale as you bring your hands toward your body, Exhale as you push you hands away from the body, Inhale as you move to the left, Exhale as you move to theright.

Hi, and thank you for posting. Is this man the originator of the taichi chikung 18 set? Is the 2nd part the warm up?
7 жыл бұрын
Hi Umika. Yes the person in the video is Professor Lin Housheng and he is the creator of the Taiji Qigong Shibashi (18 movements) system. The second part of this video is the warmup. IF you have question about this Qigong, let me know, I am a indoor student and representative of Prof. Lin Housheng. You can learn more about me an Prof. Lin on the website: qigong18 . com

When was this video/film made? 1980s? or?
6 жыл бұрын
This version was filmed a bit later, I think in the mid to late 90's but I don't have an exact date.

@fabriche.. do you have representative of prof Lin in Indonesia? Thanks
@Qigong184 жыл бұрын
@@satyaxyzabcde I don't know. I believe there is an official Shibashi association in Indonesia but I don't know how close to Prof. Lin they are anymore.
