Thanks for your comment and suggestions! It can be tricky to get songs to work in this style. Modern songs don't always work with the rules of Baroque harmony, but I can look at those suggestions and have a play around with them!

Yes - descant and tenor recorders.

@@Minisoderr the smaller descant one is relatively good quality, although not top of the range by any means. The larger tenor one is an old wooden one I found in a charity/thrift shop. It's of a kind used by schoolchildren back in the day, so it probably was played by elementary kids at some point!
