I always enjoyed Simon's oolong style back at TS, always round without sharpness...

Particularly special crossover. I hadn't realized Taiwan Sourcing shut down so I'm grateful to have a link to Simon's new shop. Thank you for another great video!

Great video! I enjoy seeing you collaborate and work with other vendors. I am glad to see Simon is still making tea. I enjoyed the KZbin videos he made with his previous company.

It's really cool to see a style of oolong production, and a cultivar, that's uncommon and nuanced. I plan to pick up some Fanzhuang from your US site, since Simon's website isn't off the ground yet. When it is, however, I'll be happy to patronize him directly. His attitude towards tea, and in general, is quite different from the Dong Fang Mei Ren producers you had bad luck with last episode. He is very open about the process, and comes across as humble even though he has something special. The humility is perhaps his seriousness coming through. The other staff of the factory were also wonderful ambassadors for this facility and its product.
