@@flyingmousefood 我本身就有做泡菜在賣 我的作法是用開水洗加沖加泡共七次才開始醃製 為的就是把農藥和灰塵雜質洗掉 以前不需要洗的原因是沒有農藥 現在農作物都滿滿的農藥.....

@@flyingmousefood 餐飲業是第一線也是最後一線的從業人員 食安把關也是最重要的一環 從一開始挑選食材和最後端出沒有食安疑慮的一道菜 都是餐飲業該要堅持的精神 算是我很龜毛吧 所以我看到沒有清洗的過程就覺得很不ok 畢竟餐飲是良心事業 食材沒有經過清洗挑選就端出來給客人吃 我個人是做不到的 沒有針對誰 但希望大環境可以注重食安衛生問題 畢竟吃的健康比美味更重要
