This is my most detailed Taiwan Night Market tour. Took 3 hrs to film it as its was super crowded. I love to see the food preparation as I have not seen many of these food before. I will be uploading the other Taiwan nights markets in the coming weeks. I am still in Bangkok, enjoying the street food and food streets here. Going to Sichuan in June!

Certainly a busy place, and the food looked delicious. There were a lot of things that seemed quite different from those that you show us in your Singapore videos. It made me feel quite hungry, but I have to cook my own dinner before I can eat! The show at the bridge was good too.

This Raohe Night Market is the most popular night market and has the most food types in Taipei. It was very crowded and challenging to film the various food being prepared. I am seeing some of these food for the 1st time. I will be featuring other Taiwan night markets when I have the time to edit as I will be travelling much. I am now in Bangkok.

This Raohe night market is the most recommended night market by foodies. Lots of food here. There are many stinky tofu stalls clustered together. Seems like the people here loves it.

After 15 years, I've found like 5 places better for huzhou-bing. But everyone says this is the best. 50 NT. The one in xinyi near the whiskey store is way better near tung hua but I think it's closed

@@SingaporeCityWalks I unfortunately had to move. Covid ruined everything because China made extra study schools illegal. That coupled with draconian lockdowns pretty much made all the foreign teachers move to Taiwan. Now China has 0 foreigners compared to before (Shanghai) so its too competitive since I'm 53.

@@SingaporeCityWalks I love Taipei. The US is fooked. I saw a steak in the supermarket yesterday. 1 lb. $40.. who can afford that?

@@bruceniblett959 Looks like you have spent 15 good years in Shanghai and Taipei collectively. You must have loved the Chinese culture and love teaching the kids who are eager to learn from expats like you. It's unfortunate that you had to move due to the situation then. Hope you will be able to move to the place you love to teach, in the near future. I visited Taipei in May and Sichuan/Chongqing in June with my wife. Met a white lady at Chengdu People's Park. She's teaching English and her Putonghua was way better than mine. I think she is 50 over years old and has been living in China for many years. I'm 70 and still very active. Love movie making and travelling.

The Symphony of Raohe Night Market…. Every stall has a line of people, and the video camera continues to capture delicious flavors and the skillful techniques of the artisans one after another. The freshly made food from the stalls is fragrant even through the screen. The Rainbow Bridge, lit up in radiant hues, Hosts a water show, mesmerizing and grand. Your video camera envelopes the scene, capturing the joy of sights and sounds. It was a video full of the vibrant energy of Raohe Night Market! Yosh and Iku

The sweet aroma of Taiwan nights markets are mixed with the smells of stinky tofu! I am getting used to this new aroma after a few days. I took 3 hrs to film this market as it was super crowded and this was the 1st time I saw many of the different food here. Raohe is the most popular night market according to foodies. Much better than Shilin which I will share later. The water and lights show at Rainbow Bridge was a surprise event that I stumbled across. I was actually wandering off route to see where the folks were going! I am now in Bangkok for a short video assignment and have some interesting videos to share in the coming weeks 😊
