Thank you so much for this video! I remember having this dish many years ago in Taiwan but never was able to find it again. Luckily, I stumbled on to this video! I’m definitely going to try this recipe out!

One of my favorite breakfast foods in Taiwan. When my friends and family come to visit me in Taiwan I always make sure to take them to get some 蛋餅 and order a few different kinds. in the video, the English caption says tapioca starch but the recipe below listed potato starch. they are two different things, so which one did you use? can you put the link here?
