Jiufen is one of my favorite places in Taiwan and it's so easy to get there by bus from Taipei. I took a day trip to eat the amazing street food there, explore the historic old street, and see the views of Taiwan.
Jiufen is in northern Taiwan up in the mountains, and it's known for a cute historic street lined with street food vendors, restaurants, teahouses, and souvenir shops. It's super pretty there and the streets closely resemble scenes from Spirited Away.

Yep it's in Jiufen. There's really just one main road in Jiufen, so just keep an eye out for any fried mushroom stands!

Looks like a quaint cute place. It doesn't look like it would be stroller friendly, right? I have a 3-year-old toddler and wonder if I should bother bringing the stroller along. What would be different here that I cannot find at the night markets in taipei?

Depends on where you go. In Taipei I think a stroller should be ok, but less so if you go outside of Taipei
