100% about focusing on one thing at a time. I went for full aesthetics (not medical since it wasn’t as big then as it is now) back in 2007. Specialized in waxing, specifically brazilians for men and pregnant women and was known for efficiency and gentleness with a fast recovery and slow regrowth in my city. The money I made doing all the services paid for an advanced makeup course, skincare brand courses and lash extensions over the years. I focused on makeup for fashion shows/theatre/bridal and facials in spa for the last 10 years. Now the last almost 17 years of experience are going towards opening up a spa business in my parents’ home country.

I agree, don't let age hold you back! I started my Aesthetic journey when I was 38. I am now 49 and so happy I took the plunge to do so. I keep adding skill to my resume. I love all things SKIN, the major reason for me going to school for Aesthetics. You can take your medical background and use it in Aesthetics. Live Your Dream!

I will NEVER hire anyone. I’m a cosmo and once I’m licensed as an esto I will transition from hair to spa services exclusively and work alone for the rest of the my career. I’ll do my own social media, my own promoting, never depend on others if I can do it myself. People let you down.
