I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Bulldog would be considered a baton in the state of California. The possession of this baton by anyone other than law enforcement is a felony under California Penal Code. Now the dulo dulo is another story. That is a lawful self defense tool that anyone can possess anywhere.

Hey Cup Holder, thank you for your comment. I am sure that California is not the only state that may have this limitation of carrying a baton. Take this video as a learning experience for any type of self-defense tool that you may carry in California.
