He was a red dragon, the strongest of dragons, malicious and tyrannical... he got some minor appraisal from his wicked god for the actions he had taken throughout his life... ... But that thing on his back... Could it even be considered a creature? It felt something unable to move on its own, a puppet that was breath life within it... and its static expression on its face was never changing, yet its burning eyes was showing absolute malice... It brought the dragon shivers through its spine and dread in its still beating heart...

In terms of wacky boss fights, nothing beats the Brontosaurus nuke. But this was one of the most badass boss fights to date. Obby converting a dragon to their god, and Log just bringing in 2 celestial beings. Incredible.

When Monty does battles, it’s not just turn order combat. There is room for characters to do little conversations or a little activities here there. I think that’s what makes it easy to digest. It’s not just constant dice rolls for damage.

Considering they were heralded as heroes in the last ark for saving Alivast before, I think the Alivast Council would be a little more lenient with them when they come back, especially given that the looming threat is gone and (most) of the people who were kidnapped are freed because of them. Hell, if the Council doesn't accept that their asses were saved by The Unexpectables again, we might have a public uproar haha.

Not enough info on Greckles' backstory to make any definitive guesses, but I seem to recall a phoenix kenku in his Lys vision, as well as that dream of the Eastern Isles burning (underdark, when him and Task got knocked out and Task saw the vision of the dragon attack on Alivast).

I know I'm seriously late here but I needed to bring something interesting I noticed about the 5e version of geas It got severely buffed in comparison to its 3.5 Pathfinder version with a much shorter cast time (1min vs 10) and the removal of the no open-ended commands clause
