📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
• Little Killer: Clues outside the grid with an arrow are the sum of the digits in the cells along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along these diagonals if allowed by other rules.
• Anti-Palindrome: Cells equidistant from the opposite ends of the line must sum to 10.

Thanks, BremSter! Pinwheel is a couple of years old, and possibly the second puzzle using my anti-palindrome constraint. You did very well; I think even better than my own testing. I was very happy to hear it had been recommended. Thank you to those who did.

This was supposed to be part of the Retro series (as was Rhymes with Orange yesterday). Them when I was recording Rhymes I forgot and also in editing so I grabbed another, this one, and forgot again. Too many stresses.

@@BremSterPuzzles No worries about not being part of the retro series. You were right, in that the constraint is hardly known, let alone used. Even if the puzzle is old, the constraint will be new to people. In fact, I think only one other person has used it. Probably a little Newton/Leibniz thing there.

Very fun puzzle, with a bit of a surprising difficulty jump after the opening. Fun opening, and some very interesting geometry later, though. :)

Thank you. I tend to create two types of puzzles: a cute, easy break-in to set up, then the real puzzle starts; and a tricky break-in followed by a lot of classic sudoku technique. Usually in the coffee to lunch break range.

This was a bit tricky, and I nearly broke it completely early one with a bad assumption, but did recover and finished in 17:17 (conflict checker off). Really cool puzzle, many thanks to EPH!

This was a difficult puzzle for me. It took me a while, but I finally got the interaction of the little-killer and anti-palindrome lines (and felt dumb because that took 20 minutes). The next stumbling block for me was a bad interpretation of "anti-palindrome" -- in my head that meant nothing could be palindromic on the line, which was completely wrong and took me another nearly 30 minutes to realize... after that it was more straight-forward. Nearly 1:45:00 for me. Not exactly proud of the time, but very glad I got through it. Thanks as always for another brain-bending puzzle! :)

3:50 Little killer, your nemesis? You seem to have dealt with those quite quickly. 5:20 After addressing the little killer lines in my solve, I seemed a bit stuck, but then I thought of something someone called the exploded P-ring. I tried using that. I'm not sure if it was necessary or if it helped. One result: every 4x4 square delineated by the cages needed a 3.

I'm pretty sure What's My Line was the first puzzle to use the anti-palindrome, if that is what you are referring to. Not a GAS, but not terribly difficult.
