Just because new boulevards come out. New pop cultures come out and new premiums come out doesn't mean that every car is good. Sometimes there's 1 good and the rest suck and the reason why you can tell that is because all those cars that nobody wants are still on the shelf. The scalpers will always take the good cars that they're going to resell.

No, it doesn’t, but it does feel like they are actively trying to cater to a wider audience. Also, the stronger the sets as a whole, the less single cars will be targeted. Harder to scalp 4x cool cars than just 1x.
