What's the big deal if she works or not? Her family are wealthy. Lots of women stay home and take care of their children and are not religious. I stayed home and took care of my children because that is what my husband and decided was best for our family. THere are lots of women who work because they have to and would rather stay home, and then there are those want to work. That is their choice. You're not paying for them. They have always owned and flipped houses long before the show. They also owned property.

The Duggar's had some money before the show because Jim Bob invested in real estate, and they did not have children until 4 years after their marriage.
